Conflict Coaching & Assessments
Conflict has a pattern.
So does resolution.
Separate from the network and MGSCC coaching work — these services address conflict, communication breakdown, and behavioral blind spots directly. They can stand alone or complement any coaching engagement.
The Work
Two approaches, one focus — helping people navigate conflict more skillfully.
Conflict Coaching
One-on-one (or working with a pair) to understand your own conflict patterns, triggers, and default responses. The goal isn't to resolve a specific dispute — it's to build the self-awareness and skill to navigate conflict more effectively, every time.
For leaders, managers, and individuals who want to stop repeating the same friction.
Mediation
A structured, third-party facilitated process. Josh acts as a neutral to help two parties move through a real dispute toward a workable resolution — without the adversarial cost of formal processes.
For workplace disagreements, team breakdowns, or persistent interpersonal friction.
Assessments
Assessments that make the invisible visible.
Available as a standalone engagement or embedded in conflict coaching or mediation. Each comes with a written report and a full debrief. Also available within the ADHD coaching track.
Conflict Style Inventory
Identifies your default mode when tension rises — competing, avoiding, accommodating, collaborating, compromising — and the situations that push you toward each.
Behavioral & Personality Profile
Maps the underlying traits that shape how conflict plays out for you: emotional reactivity, agreeableness, openness to others' views, conscientiousness under pressure.
Workplace & Relational Assessment
Context-specific and diagnostic. What does the dynamic actually look like from the outside? Used to surface patterns invisible to the people inside them.
Also Available Within ADHD Coaching
Conflict looks different through a neurodivergent lens.
Emotional dysregulation, impulsivity, and communication friction show up in specific ways for ND individuals. The same conflict coaching and assessments are available — adapted for that context — as part of the ADHD coaching track.
